INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Dry-Set application (porous and non-porous) spread the adhesive using the recommended trowel from the trowel selector chart. For a releasable application, allow the adhesive to flash off for 45-60 minutes until there is no transfer of adhesive to your finger. The adhesive will turn from tan to clear. Once there is no transfer, and the adhesive is clear, you can safely apply flooring for up to 12 hours. Semi-Wet and Wet-set (porous substrates ONLY) allow adhesive to flash-off for 15-30 minutes. Ambient temperature and humidity will greatly affect the dry time of the adhesive. Once the adhesive transfers to the backing of the flooring, it will no longer be releasable. BOTH APPLICATIONS require the flooring to be rolled, immediately after placement, with a 100 lb. 3-section roller. It is the responsibility of the installer to note when the adhesive is ready to receive flooring.
To ensure proper adhesion, HDPC / SPC dry back product must be installed within 3 hours of the adhesive being spread.
